This policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on beachfarm.us. For returns and refunds, please see our Return Policy.

Items Purchased Through Amazon (Affiliate Links)

Some products featured on our site link out to Amazon.com for purchase. Shipping for these items is handled entirely by Amazon and the third-party seller listed on the Amazon product page, not by The Beach Farm.

  • Shipping speed, cost, and tracking are set by Amazon and the seller, and shown on the Amazon checkout and order page.
  •  If you are a Prime member, your Prime benefits apply on eligible items.
  • All shipping updates, delivery notifications, and tracking links come directly from Amazon.

Returns, refunds, lost packages, and damaged-arrival issues for Amazon items are handled directly by Amazon under Amazon's published policies. The Beach Farm is not the seller of record for these items and cannot ship replacements, process refunds, or track packages on Amazon's behalf.

Items Shipped Directly by The Beach Farm

Everything sold and checked out on beachfarm.us — including home goods, seasonal pieces, fashion items, and our antiques and vintage collection — is fulfilled directly by The Beach Farm. The information below applies to those orders.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

If you are interested in shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, a U.S. territory, or an international address, please email info@beachfarm.us** before placing your order so we can quote shipping accurately.

Order Processing

  • Most in-stock items ship within 2 to 5 business days of your order.
  • Antiques, vintage pieces, and larger or fragile items may take up to 7 business days to prepare, as each is inspected, wrapped, and packed individually.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and your cart subtotal. We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and reserve the right to choose the carrier and service level that best protects your item.

  • Larger antiques and oversized pieces may ship by freight. If that applies to your order, we will contact you with a freight quote before the item ships, and the order will not be shipped until you approve the additional cost.

Fragile and Breakable Items

Fragile and breakable items — including ceramics, glass, antiques, and select home goods — are packed individually with insurance included. Insurance cost is built into the shipping rate for these items.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves us, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear with the carrier.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the box and the item before unpacking further, and email info@beachfarm.us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement when one is available.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your household and neighbors first, then contact us at info@beachfarm.us within 7 days** so we can open a carrier claim on your behalf. The Beach Farm is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier, but we will help file and follow up on a claim where possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will reach out to arrange reshipment at your cost.

If anything in this policy is unclear, or if you would like guidance before purchasing an antique, vintage piece, or oversized item, please reach out before placing your order. We are happy to send additional photos, measurements, or freight quotes.
